Animals are abused every minute of everyday. If you had pain that lasted that long you would want to stop it right now. These poor dogs haven't done anything to deserve what they get today and what they will get tomorrow. Please, Please help make animal abuse a felony so that abusers won't be out of jail wondering what dog they will have that they can abuse tomorrow.
