Don’t turn Lakeview into a parking lot. Lakeview is a vibrant community that doesn’t need more traffic and pollution. The 493 parking spaces planned in your Clark and Addison development is excessive considering Chicago zoning only requires 74 spaces for your development, and will bring more cars and traffic to our neighborhood at the worst times – game days and weekend nights.  Please invest in environmentally sound solutions like bicycling, walking, car sharing and transit that benefit us all.
