These so called "training tools" are inhumane and dangerous. Veterinaians link choke chains as the cause of injured ocular vessels, tracheal and oesophagael damage, severly sprained necks, fainting, transient foreleg paralysis, recurrent laryneal nevre paralysis, and hind leg ataxia. These are horrible things to put your puppy and/or dog through just to learn something. Please help my petition in stopping the sale of these torture devices that threaten animals lives.
