New Butt Lane North is the road just behind Paddy Power, It is used by their customers and others as a public toilet. I have seen men and Women openly urinating at all hours of the day. 

It is particularly important that we address this as the primary school Tidemill is very close to this road and unfortunatly children do walk past here every day. 

This needs to stop NOW nobody should have to see/smell this kind of behaviour.
