Public Safety should be a top priority for our elected officials. By supporting the USVI Peace Officer Status bill, the Chamber joins several important & knowledgeable USVI organizations and individuals who support the measure, including top Public Safety & Justice officials USVI Police Commissioner Henry White Jr. and USVI Attorney General Vincent Frazer. 

  The community must support those who protect us. The Senate first introduced this bill in April 2011. There has been plenty of time to study this matter - it is time for action.
