there are 15 states that made marijuana legal medically due to its medicinal properties. New York State should be the next there's a bill that has been introduced in the New york States Senate Introduced by Sen. Constance Johnson (D); First reading held Feb. 7, 2011; Second Reading and referral to Health and Human Services committee on Feb. 8, 2011. Bill failed because it did not advance out of committee by Mar. 17, 2011 deadline, but it will carry over to the 2012 legislative session marijuana has been proven to help out with cancer and cancer patient has been proven to stabilize mental patient and other ailments of varying degrees. Then there's the prophet toward making marijuana legal there are a number of industries that could take out the task of dispensing medical marijuana not to mention some private organizations/nonprofit groups that will spring up due to making marijuana legal in the 15 states alonethe annual profit is $1.7 billion it's $.2 billion away from being at Viagra level which is at $1.9 billion annually so if youd be so kind to sign my petition to make marijuana legal in this great state of New York
legalization and taxation of medical marijuana
Greetings,
I am asking for the bill SB 573 to be passed solely based on two main concerns first is the medical uses of marijuana it has been proven to help cancer patients as well as many other ailments then there's the profit towards medical marijuana in the 15 states that it is medically legal to use marijuana annual gross is $1.7 billion and that's and 15 states alone is making almost as much as Viagra and I do believe that sold worldwide/again please pass the bill SB 573 I hope I'm getting that bill name right my apologies if I have not
Sincerely
