Because Every Non-Exclusive Game That Gets Released On PS3 And XBOX360 Has To Be Also Released On PC (or Wii), And Silent Hill Is A Very Special Game To Me, I Played All The First 7 Silent Hill Games And It's Just Not Fair To See A Game Get Released On Both PS3 And XBOX360 And Not On PC, Konami Still Has A Chance To Port Downpour To PC And Make It An Enhanced Edition.
