I am writing this petition to ask Jennifer Granholm not to grant commutation of sentence (parole) to Munin Gorgis Kathawa who was convicted of 1st degree pre-meditated murder by a jury of his peers & sentenced to Life in Prison with NO CHANCE OF PAROLE.
