1. Our Devonshire custodians are key support in making Devonshire School a success.

2. Without the support of our current Devonshire custodian staff, our school will struggle to keep consistency. Children strive when they feel comfortable in their surroundings. Bringing new staff in when it's not necessary will cause uncertainty for young children.

3. We (Devonshire staff, teachers, families & community) strive for success in all we do. By removing key support (Devonshire custodians) it will change our structure and sense of family.
