The Community Learning Center After School Program, as its heading portrays "Opening Doors to Success", is aimed to help kidergarten and first- second graders who struggle academically catch up to regular class curriculum. The program is situated in the city of South San Francisco. This city recently had catastrophic events such as several shootings. In a particular shooting there was five kids ages 12 -20 shot from which  three of them died. There has been many movements in an effort to create programs to keep young people off the street but yet, this program is at risk of loosing funds. WE ask the County of San Mateo Board of Supervisors to keep funding this program. This kids can be your sons, daughters, nephews etc. WE ASK FOR YOUR HELP TO SHOW OUR SUPPORT TOWARDS THIS PROGRAM. we need the board of supervisors to KEEP FUNDING IT as well as other similar programs.  WE NEED TO KEEP "OPENING DOORS TO SUCCESS".
