I believe any child that is capable of commeting murder to another child or even an adult, espically a brutal beating to death knows excatly what they are doing. An Adult size crime derserves an adult sized punishment. People try to argue that a child should not be tried as an adult, but what if it was their child that was murdered by another child? Would they agree with it then? Chances are NO.
