State of Wisconsin vs. Bryan I. Hutcherson
To Whom it May Concern:
Please present this petition signature in support of the maximum penalty for Bryan I. Hutcherson. Mr. Hutcherson watched his dog starve for over a month and left him to die on sidewalk cold, alone, and in pain. A necropsy determined the dog died from systematic organ failure due to extreme malnutrition that was complicated by dehydration. Mr. Hutcherson justified the treatment of Snoop by explaining that caring for him was expensive and stressful yet chose not to surrender him. New findings have shown that a second female dog was in the home and also emaciated but luckily found in time to be saved.This man has made me lose faith in humanity, only the maximum penalty for his crimes will restore my faith even partially.
