This law will make it to where any guardians of a child that fail to report the child missing within 24 hours will be charged for child abuse/neglect. This will also state that the paty accused of a crime towards a child cannot profit from the crime such as movies, books, magazines, etc... We cannot let what happened to Caylee Anthony happen again. The reason that I call this Lavender Law is that it was the favorite color of Caylee Anthony.
