This is my friends baby who was a victim of child abuse on April 20th 2011 in the small town of Ava, Missouri.

Britni Leigh Tyra (the father's ex-girlfriend) has now been charged with Felony Child Abuse, and has other charges pending. The father was working while the ex-girlfriend watched this child when he was abused. The parents of this child were separated at the time of the abuse and have since reunited their family. 

I'm so scared that she will not get the punishment she deserves!!!

The baby is doing better. He has no internal damage and his eye sight is going to be ok.

Please help us to seek justice for baby Karson.

We are demanding that:
1. Bail for Britni Leigh Tyra be set at $500,000.
2. The Scribner family be immediately provided with a victims advocate.
3. Judge Craig Carter recuse himself or be taken off the case.
4. The prosecutor (Walls) recuse himself or be taken off the case.
5. The case be moved out of Douglas County and a special prosecutor assigned.
