On July 3rd 2014, John Key said he would apologise to the victim of the alleged sexual assault by a Malaysian Diplomat when he knew her name. On July 21st 2014, he said he wouldn't, saying "I don't make apologies unless there's a serious reason for me to do that." Is this not serious enough? And we wonder why we have a rape culture here, with remarks like that from OUR Prime Minister.
