House Republicans keep talking about wealthy corporations and individuals as job creators. They are. But the economic rules they follow in creating jobs maximize their own profit, not the benefit to America. Bush Tax Cuts gave them extra capital, arguably the marginal difference that enabled them to move millions of American manufacturing jobs to China. The "taxes and jobs narrative" circulating in Washington needs to change to take this into account.
