A decade of UFCW Concessionary Bargaining has seen Member Wages, Benefits, Contract Language and Job Security in a continuous decline. UFCW Active Members and Retirees, throughout the United States and Canada, can no longer sustain the financial hardship on ourselves and our families resulting from concessionary contracts negotiated by our UFCW Leadership.

As our living standard continues to back slide, our union dues continue to skyrocket and the UFCW (Local and International) Leadership continue to take more for themselves to maintain their lifestyle of the rich and famous.

PLEDGE:
1. Any and All Contract Concession's, including any Retiree Claw-Backs will automatically trigger an immediate Reduction in UFCW Member's Weekly / Monthly Dues Structure including Initiation Fees within their respective Local Union.

2. Any and All Contract Concession's, including any Retiree Claw / Backs will automatically trigger an immediate Reduction in Leadership and Union Representative Salaries within the respective UFCW Local Union's, including the UFCW International Staff.

3. Any and All Contract Concessions, including any Retiree Claw / Backs will trigger an immediate Reduction in the Monthly Per Capita Tax required to be paid by the Local Union to our UFCW International Union
