This petition has been set up for disgruntled, frustrated shareholders of Somaxon Pharmaceuticals. Please note that this stock has not moved in over one year and there has been no support for the share price.  The management has disregarded the shareholder and failed to increase shareholder value. Please sign this petition if you are in favor to get the poor management team out especially the CEO, Richard Pascoe and the CFO, Tran Nguyen out ASAP.  They have totally disregarded the shareholders too long. We are calling on the sale of company to a major pharmaceutical company and they need to immediately put up the company for sale and shop the company.
