there has been noise issues between two neighbours for a long while, one house has been trying to keep the noise down and obey by the housing agreements and court orders, the neighbours next door how ever have constant screaming an arguements all day and all night. the courts have now decided the house trying to keep the noise down have to get rid of their dog, and innocent and defenseless dog is now being cast out of its home and to an unknown family, this dog has been in their care for years and is a beloved family member and now to the grievance of the dog and the family he now has to shipped away to another family who i know could never love him as much as the mills family do. this is unfair and unjust considering they have been sticking to court orders whereas the neighbours next door are violating all noise restictions in place. we need to show the courts that you cannot abide a law to one person (a law of which so unfair) and leave the other family without punishment at all. why should the law harm a dog and their owners? a harmless, defenseless dog who has no choice whether hes ripped away from his beloved family!
