Irish Justice Minister Alan Shatter, and Chair of Committee David Stanton: Stop the censorship of sex workers! Stop their clients' criminalisation!

Irish Justice Minister Alan Shatter, and Chair of Committee David Stanton: Stop the censorship of sex workers! Stop their clients' criminalisation!
The Issue
The Irish government is currently leading a consultation of a proposed bill to criminalise sex workers’ clients. However, no current sex worker has been allowed to participate in the hearings.
We oppose this exclusion and the silencing of sex workers’ voice.
Sex workers better know what is good for them and clients’ criminalisation has never been one of their demands.
Sex workers want labour and human rights, not being “saved” against their will.
