This bill makes it illegal to record any footage of animal cruelty in agriculture production facilities without either a.) having their permission or b.) making it aware to the facility what you will be doing. It is nearly impossible to catch animal cruelty in agriculture production facilities with this bill still in place. No company would allow someone to film if there is cruelty going on. This bill needs to be taken out of law. Please sign this petition for all the animals in Iowa farms that may be being tortured. Thank you.
