To stop the investigation of Korean athlete rejoicing his team's win

The Issue

I'm addressing this petition to the International Olympics Committee and FIFA:

To stop the investigation of Korean athlete rejoicing his team's win

After South Korea's win over against Japan in the Olympics Bronze medal soccer match, Japan has complained over a South Korean athlete (Jong Woo Park) holding a card stating the words WRITTEN IN KOREAN: "Ddokdo is our territory"  He was just trying to celebrate the victory.

This card was written in Korean to show only for Korean fans. It wasn't written in Japanese or English.  There was no intention that Park was trying to take the matter in Political matter.

If this event has Japan so mad, then it would've been fair for the IOC to ban the Japanese audience from using the Japanese military flag which was used in WWII, which has been banned from use in the 2008 Olympics hosted in Beijing, China

But the IOC hasn't mentioned it, this shows they are taking sides with Japan when they should be staying neutral, they should immediately drop this investigation
