“The Truth About A Innocent Man In Prison In” “His Very Own Words ” My Name Is Michael Briscoe An I was Wrongfully Convicted Of A Crime On FEB 7,1992 and I Never Committed this crime!!!! An before I was Falsely Accused of this crime I was employed with the United Stated Post Office!!!!! An I am also A graduated From Charles Lincoln Harper High School Class 1989. I was not present nor involved and had witnesses and including one of Atlanta Police Detective that I later found out after my conviction had gave a statement verifying I was not involve nor did I hang with the guys that possibly committed that crime!!!! I was out in Bankhead Court Apts when I was pick up on a false accusation. I never was a convict and never committed a crime before all of sudden I am in prison for a crime someone else committed. I truly feel like Fulton County Prosecutor Fincher and APD Detective WilBanks very crooked and will lie to get innocent people in prison now I heard later after my trial APD Detective Wilbanks retired after he had me convicted of this false crime, I am asking that you look into theses documents you will see this mess they have made of my life. And theses papers show they railroad me in prison for something I had nothing to do with are about this crime nor was I present are involved!!!! The day they say this crime happen I did not know anything about this case, A couple of weeks later I was taken for questioning I told the Lead Detective Wilbank over seeing a complaint supposedly file by a Tommy Johnson who I did not even know and a complaint that I had nothing nor knew anything about this complaint. It went from a complaint and turn into a murder warrant when I tried to post bond on a false complaint they later came and got me that night and told me I was being charge for a murder I did not know anything about, an later I found out by Detective Wilbank he “stated to me I need to help them to help myself“. I told Detective Wilbank from APD how I am to help them with a crime, I never knew anything about are had no type involvement with this what so ever. Although I had no knowledge of this crime after, being charge with this false murder charge my mother hire an Attorney Frank Hester. After, he was hired Frank Hester told me they had no evidence pertaining to me at all and that I had no involvement what so ever in that crime!!!! And Fulton County key witness Charlotte Gilbert stated she saw the entire crime. When she gave her statement to Detective Wilbanks she said she saw 3 to 4 dark skinned males and at trial on the stand she said I must had on some type of makeup to make me dark skinned. And any person that know me with are with out glasses can see I am a very light skinned black male. These witness for the Fulton County State change their statements numerous of time all the way up to trial as though the prosecutor had school them and groom them to lie! Oh in the statements oh I was not pick out of no line ups and right before court all sudden the witness can identify me Atlanta Police Department and the Fulton Prosecutors and also Fulton County Court System needs to be investigated on their deceitful tactics and the existent they are will to go are break the law oath they are sworn under to get a innocent person convicted on misleading and false information!!!!
