Presently most foreclosure information is accessed by paying a fee to a business that benefits from the struggles of the homeowner. A limited number of potential buyers are "allowed" to view a property until it is auctioned or bank owned. To increase potential buyers, and therefore the price, the information should become public on the internet and other media venues as normal home sales are done. The value of all foreclosures would rise, the banks would lose less, and the  values of all homes would not devalue as quickly.
