We are asking that the House of Representatives, and the Senate of the United States of America, enact Rules that explicitly make it is a Censurable Offense to Present inaccurate, or exaggerated information, while Presenting Legislation for Consideration, or while Making ANY SPEECH on the Floor of the House of Representatives or Senate. We ask that this Rule be put into place BEFORE THE END OF 2011.

In this case, we shall take "Inaccurate" to mean:  ANY Information or Data that is mistaken or incorrect; not accurate.

In this case, we shall take "Exaggerated" to mean: ANY Information or Data that has been represented as greater than or less than is actually the case; overstated or understated.

There is absolutely no reason why, with the enormous staffs available to both Congressional House and Senate Members, is it too much to ask that they not make errors in stating their Beliefs and Presenting Data to their Colleagues and the Public? If they cannot present accurate, and unexaggerated information as part of their Duties, then we believe that they DO NOT DESERVE TO SERVE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

We are DEMANDING that the House of Representatives, and the Senate of the United States of America, enact Floor Rules that explicitly make it is a Censurable Offense to Present inaccurate, or exaggerated information, while Presenting Legislation for Consideration, or while Making ANY SPEECH on the Floor of the House of Representatives or Senate. We ask that this Rule be put into place BEFORE THE END OF 2011, as it our Right as Citizens of the United States of America, to whom Power is given under our Constitution.

In this case, we shall take "Inaccurate" to mean: ANY Information or Data that is mistaken or incorrect; not accurate.

In this case, we shall take "Exaggerated" to mean: ANY Information or Data that has been represented as greater than or less than is actually the case; overstated or understated.

Accurate Information is necessary for all Citizens of the United States to participate in Civic and Civil Society. We accept that they there may be differences of opinion of certain issues, BUT THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THE MISREPRESENTATION OF QUANTIFIABLE OR VERIFIABLE INFORMATION IN OUR CONGRESS. If it is necessary that a new Office or Agency be established to handle this task, then we DEMAND that it be created. We will no longer be robbed or our Right to have our Political Leaders provide to us accurate and un-exaggerated Information. We will be watching how this is handled.
