 the following summation quote: “Determines the fact that I cannot pay you for a job you did not do/ a theft of our most “sacred liberties, to participate as WE THE PEOPLE  of this state of IL as our constitution grants us to be.  Establishes that criminal conduct exists”

PROVE YOU DO NOT OWE ME, “MY GUARANTEED RIGHTS”, BY   the constitution of this state called ILLINOIS.   If you can prove, that my guaranteed rights are nothing more than a joke.  THEN I will prove your rebellion, treason, and a traitor.   If you prove that my guaranteed rights belong to me/ THEN SURRENDER THEM TO ME, and establish redress.  Or you have no right to suggest a payment is owed.   YOU FAILED, to do your job.  

I don’t pay for   “Work that was never done/ or disrespect that I did not earn/ or your failure to accept the law and obey it”.
