The focus of this petition is the intentional and illegal crossing of American borders and it's impact on the United States of America.

While being sympathetic to the plight of others is an admirable part of the American way,  we are a Republic governed by law and, as such , we are obligated to abide by those laws.  Our government, in turn, is obligated to protect the interest of it's constituents in enforcing them.

Illegal aliens are defined as foreign born individuals who have entered the country illegally. These people are not immigrants. They are illegals and have committed  a federal crime in crossing our borders as they have.

How can it be justified for our  government,  spending taxpayer contributions,  mandate these persons shall have access to health care, education, living assistance and the social security system, to which many have spent a lifetime contributing toward, while so many hard working citizens and legal immigrants struggle to exist?
