The only way to get America Back To Work is to make incentives for companies! Taxes and all the other so-called cuts are NOT going to work. My idea is simple, funding training dollars for companies and those awarded the grants must keep their employees employed for a specific amount of time, unless they behave egregiously. Do away with "at will" which is nothing more than managers and leaders not doing their "coaching" job and an easy out if they don't like someone.
