I endorse Judge Sotomayor, in hopes of: FutureTemplate/Abortion

I would love to see the United States Supreme Court adopt a Template for Abortion: Below are my ideas;

1) Only administered as a result and want of a victim of violant sexual crime: a) Incest, b) Rape - /// with council and Legal Proof of- 1)- a), and 1)b). Note: (Proper Council should include: Close Family, Clergy, Medical Doctor, Judge - within a short term of pregnancy review; as in respect within term of delivery/due date. This would be humanitarian in concept and context.

2) Only administered after a careful review of : a) Medical Patient/ in Mental Disorder with Tendencies of Harming herself or the newborn; but,in which the new born could also be placed in foster care or adopted by other family members or agency of adoption- finding other willing parents wanting to adopt, b) Medically this would kill the mother as a result of her Medical Chronic Disease or Limitations in Health. This would be as a request or want based upon the above mentioned conditions existing in the mother's health record. This would be under council of The Biological Father or Partner/Spouse, Close Family, Clergy, Medical Doctor, and Judge. This would be humanitarian in concept and context.

3) Adopt a policy that all other seeked abortions are illegal and inhumane against the rights of the unborn infant in kind- where the voice of the infant would be law, protected by the Supreme Court in all areas as a living growing individual/ essence of humanity.
This would be in-forced and with other options of foster care and adoption choices, rather then allowing inhumane abortion practices as a cheap way out for pregnant woman that appear to be un-accountable and irresponsible in their sexual life style and ill-moral practices. This would also involve in a very strong presence in: council of The Biological Father or Partner/Spouse, Close Family, Clergy, Medical Doctor, and Judge. This would be humanitarian in concept and context.

4) Conclusion: Accountability and Responsibility for American Abortion Practices under Humanitarian Law, helping save lives of the essence of unborn infants while in and out of the womb/ the blessings to life is to embrace life itself, just like Defenders of Wildlife.

Special Note: There are plenty of Couples and Single persons wanting to become parents and that cannot birth or wish not to birth, but would love to parent an unwanted child/infant.

I believe that our President Barak Obama/ and wife, and Vice President Joe Biden/ and wife value life..., but because of the Supreme Court stay and duration is for life, it was hard for them to levy such an important issue, such as Abortion in it's degraded state under law.
I further believe that our President had his hands tied on this issue, knowing that unless you have someone in the Supreme Court who could merit an argument overturning the current laws on abortion, it would be useless to start the argument at that level. Remember, President was using pro-choice at the State Level of Adherence, but is a very loving father and a great President. He's also a savvy Attorney knowing the limitations and restraints of law at all levels. My idea is from a Humanitarian View, and could very well become Law- in Fair Abortion Practices
