When a dog is attacked by another dog, the owner of the attacked dog should be given the names of the owner of the attacking dog and it's medical information.  My dog Ziggy was recently attacked in his own backyard on a leash and we were told that they couldn't reveal this to us. The owner of the attacking dog should have to pay vet bills, but that's another issue. Just hope that your dog doesn't get attacked in Hamilton County, TN on the weekend. This organization is impossible to contact then.  My mom said that if the local leash law was more strictly enforced, then the attack would have never happened.
