Victoria Sethunya, a human rights activist in Utah, is a gay equality mouthpiece. She stands for women and children justice causes locally and globally. She led a Utah Amnesty International delegation on CEDAW, (a UN Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women), on Guantanamo, on Death Penalty and on Immigration Reform. Victoria speaks against animal cruelty including against cruelty towards humans. When she fled Apartheid South Africa in 1999, she thought the Apartheid days were over.

She was dreaming; In December 22, 2009 Victoria Sethunya was arrested without probable cause in Utah. She is now facing deportation for crimes she did not commit.
