It's not an old device, and it's more than capable of running Android 4.0. It seems like HTC is just releasing phones, and only updating the ones they like. It's unfair to the buyer who spends hundreds of dollars on a phone. For it not to receive an update. Gingerbread just cripples this phones, and HTC only has one answer. Use HTC Dev to unlock your phone, and install a custom Rom. For some that's O.K, but a company advocating the voiding of a warranty is unacceptable.
