Arrest all abuser custodians of elephant Sunder - Miss Sukanya Kadian

The Issue

SLP (Civil) 11865-11866 /2014 decided on 29-5-2014 and PETA India withdrawn criminal proceedings, against whom, it is not clear.

Elephant Sunder rescued, ownership cancelled and shifted to Bangalore for further rehabilitation. Indian People for Animals demands immediate arrest of all Sunder abuser custodians, including MLA Vinay Kore.

Enforcement agencies have sufficient evidences of Sunder elephant, which was abused by his custodians including Vinay Kore, MLA. Bombay High Court passed orders, to shift abused elephant to rescue center, which was endorsed by the Supreme Court of India. Indian People for Animals issued NOTICE under section 55 of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 to take strict legal actions, against all abusers.
