Terror attacks are almost immediately followed by visits of Ministers and Members of Parliaments to the site of the attack. The police force is compelled to facilitate the visit and provide security to the VVIPs, instead of focusing on sealing the site, evacuating the on-lookers and rushing the terror victims to the hospital. The hospitals are not spared either. Even while the families and friends of the victims of the terror attack anxiously await news of their loved ones and an opportunity to see them, they are pushed aside to literally make way for the VVIPs.
