Renew ad interim appointment of Gus Lagman as Commissioner in the COMELEC

The Issue

 As was stated during the appointment last year of Augusto (Gus) Lagman as Commissioner in the COMELEC, "we need his IT expertise to help ensure smooth automated elections" and to "keep away from the errors committed in the May 2010 computerized election."
