The proposed major modification to the corner of Floyd Road and Hudson Lane to a heavy use commercial property is incompatible with the community design. The Carrollwood area is heavily residential and has significant issues with traffic calming. The addition of a high volume commercial property with a Wal Mart and Wa Wa will overwhelm the surrounding communities and roadways with traffic cutting through to access the proposed site.
