Help stop injustice in Mexico regarding the tragedy at the ABC Daycare Center!

The Issue

 

The Mexican Supreme Court declared responsibilities of omissions and negligence of risk the former governor, Eduardo Bours, and ex director of IMSS, Juan Molinar Horcasitas, the June 5th, 2009 ABC Daycare Center fire that took the lives of 49 children.

Charges were never brought against these public servants and they remain free to this days.

Mexican citizens plead for help from the internationally community to put an end to such acts of impunity by Mexico´s public servants.

We ask for your signature of these petition directed at Human Rights organizations on behalf of 49 desolated families that deserve justice and closure.

Enough is enough!

La SCJN dictaminó responsabilidades de omisiones y negligencia de riesgo al ex gobernador Eduardo Bours y al extitular del IMSS Juan Molinar Horcasitas, por el incendio de la Guardería ABC, que cobró la vida de 49 niños el 5 de junio de 2009. Estos funcionarios públicos nunca tuvieron cargos formales y están libres hoy en día. 

Los mexicanos pedimos ayuda a la comunidad internacional para poner fin a estos actos de impunidad de los funcionarios públicos en México.

Pedimos su firma a esta petición para dirgirla organismos oficiales de derechos humanos y al presidente Calderón en nombre de las 49 familias desoladas que merecen justicia y que termine este episodio en sus vidas.
