Due to an aggrivated, non-loving neighbor's repeated attempts to separate me from my three rescue dogs, I have to appear in court on Monday January 24th 2011 to fight for the right to keep them.

These dogs were given to me from rescuers who couldn't house the dogs themselves. I've taken great care of them for approximately two years. A neighbor of mine has finally succeeded in getting them taken to the pound and had me charged with "Animal Care" in late December. In a court ruling on January the 24th the judge will decide if I am allowed to retrieve my dogs from the pound. If the court charges me then I will not be able to own a dog for two years. Multiple witnesses have testified that I keep my dogs in good care with an ample amount of food, water, and shelter (ministers, friends, and other neighbors).
