I know that many of you are as upset as I am on the current state of the Affordable Health Choices Act. I believe that this a unconstitutional bill being forced upon us due to party politics and greed. There needs to be real health care reform and not this travesty of justice. Congress has continually resorted to party politics at the expense of the people and this is just one bill among many that needs to be stopped. By signing this petition you will be sending a clear message to Indiana's leadership that we are not willing to take the illegal abuse sent down by an obviously corrupt and power hungry Washington. By invoking the Tenth Amendment we will have the legal option to say NO to these abuses by reaffirming our State Sovereignty.
