Harmless Beautiful Animals are being Euthanised every day, some counties in ohio even use Carbon Monoxide Gas Chambers: Delaware, Brown, Carroll, Fairfield, Holmes, Marion, Ottowa, Perry & Trumbell. Please sign this petition to stop the killing of Harmless animals because they can't find a home in 2 weeks. Could you? Ohio state law does not even regulate the use of this dangerous gas in shelters. Many states have banned its use and relatively few shelters in the U.S. still use this archaic, cruel method of killing animals.

Stop Euthanasia of Harmless Animals at Ohio "County Dog Shelters"

Greetings,

Mr. President & The State of Ohio,

Please consider passing a law that bans Euthanasia in county animal shelters in Ohio.

I believe it is very unfair that an animal should be put down due to it's inability to find a home, most shelters allow only two weeks for adoption and then euthanize the animal.

I also find it very inhumane for animal shelter's to use a gas chamber to euthanize animals. After some research I have noticed that animal's are still being euthanized by a gas chamber, there are more humane ways to put an animal down instead of throwing them in a box and filling it with deadly gasses.

Please consider passing a law banning Euthanasia, animals have no control over the outcome of their life, so why should they die for what someone else's actions have caused?
