Help secure low-cost internet broadban for Low-income Families in the U.S.A

Here are three important reasons why this petition must be taken to heart:

>Low-incomers in the United States will be able to secure broadband internet services at a fixed rate.

>Children will be able to do their school projects and all other informative researches without having to walk miles away from home.

 >In the near future, American jobs(mostly technology-related ones) won't need to be outsourced to foreign lands that do not appreciate the United Sates and its citizens.

Therefore it's necessary that  our elected officials  step up and secure broadband connection for low-income U.S citizens. All low-income households in the U.S should be able to afford broadband internet services.We request that a flat-rate monthly payement of $9.00 be made available to those families nation-wide. We further asking that all cable companies or internet providers comply and respect this plan. If, for instance, COX is the major player in Oklahoma and its internet services are sky-high and if COX does not agree with the flat plan then Congress needs to step in and enforce it or makes it possible for other players to come in Oklahoma for the sake of fair competition.
