Hello my name is Brian Shelly ,i am writing this letter in  reagrds to my freind in Christ , Holly . Holly is a single mother, and has a 13 yr. old daughter , Alyssa surrers from a rare condition know as Chromosome 13, Chidre with these chromosal deletions may also have mental retardation , slow growth ,and characteristic facial features (such as prominent eyebrows , a broad nasal bridge ,a short nose and ear abnormalities.0 Reasearchers have not determined which other genes are located in the deleted region, but a loss of several genes  is likely responsible for these developmental problems, And Alyssa suffers from these develpmental abnormalities . Holly and Alyssa are angels, unfortunately Holly is having financial difficulties, and is unable to recieve any kind of financial suppport from our government .
