Honourable Officials,

I write with grave concern regarding the barbaric fox-hunting practice of "digging out." During such events, sadists use spades to dig frightened foxes from their burrows, then set their dogs upon them so that the terrified animals may be brutally ripped apart. These horrific sessions may continue for hours and are a study in the most indescribable torture.

I respectfully urge you to outlaw the vile practice of "digging out" at once. In addition, I beseech you to disallow the use of dogs to harass, attack, maul and/or destroy fellow animals.
