Career Development is a long and complex life time journey. Children seldom know what they are capable of doing, which could be a prospective career persuit. In africa for example, Career is mistaken for Acquired Knowldge from school only! Career Guidance in hardly considered essential in most schools and homes. This has led to the wide belief that good jobs are office jobs!

As the saying goes, Charity Begins at Home, Start from your own home/house/household, You can play a great role in a child's life by helping them discover their full potential, especially as the work world is getting more and more complex every day that goes by.

I am also doing some personal Research on Educational Development at Primary and Secondary Levels. I am passionate about Rural Education (because of my predominantly rural educational background). With special interest in equal/fair distribution of Opportunities for Success among the Rural poor students. I also do advocacy for Children's Right to Quality Education to live Healthy and Productive Lives for a Sustainable Future, as well as Human Rights in general for the less privileged.
