Electronic Cigarettes are a great form of Nicotine Replacement Therapy, and assist hundreds of thousands of smokers make a choice for a better quality of life.

Nicotine Replacement Therapy is already readily available in Canada under the brand Nicorette which offers gums, patches, and inhalers that produce the same result as an electronic cigarette.

This decision should be reversed on the grounds that such products which contain nicotine are already available on the market today.

We as Canadians should have the right to choose a healthier lifestyle by choosing an electronic cigarette over that of a normal cigarette which kills 37,000 Canadians every year according to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

We urge you Health Canada to reverse the ban, and give Canadians back our right to choose.
