With many things running on oil, we need this to really keep us sustained. 

Pennsylvania should increase its interest in green energy for environmental sustainability and energy independence. If used effectively, this will lead to a higher quality of living for Pennsylvanians. If we increase green house energy, then we will increase our quality of life. Sandy should've been a wake up call that we need to use more green energy to preserve our enviroment. Sandy left a devestating path with it, hitting many, many homes along the East Coast. We should all sign this so we can get Pennsylvania to a green state. The major Fracking compaines have been taking over our land because of the great resources we have under here. If we utilize our green house gases, then we won't need to export things from other Countries, while saving our Economic standpoint and our Enviorment. Let's see our commitment to our home!
