However, the restroom options available demonstrate segregation by gender and exclusion of those individuals who prefer another option.

We believe the nonavailability of a gender free restroom is contrary to the "demonstration of diversity".

We would like to propose that one of the gendered restrooms to be converted to single occupancy restroom with a door that locks from the inside.
