Makes it Illegal to be involved in Animal Fighting and having Spectators involved in Said fighting. This is ANIMAL CRUELTY.
1 (2) in subsection (a) (as designated by para2
graph (1)), by striking ‘‘subsection (a),’’ and insert3
ing ‘‘subsection (a)(1),’’; and
4 (3) by adding at the end the following:
5 ‘‘(b) ATTENDING AN ANIMAL FIGHTING VENTURE.—
6 Whoever violates subsection (a)(2)(A) of section 26 of the
7 Animal Welfare Act (7 U.S.C. 2156) shall be fined under
8 this title, imprisoned for not more than 1 year, or both,
9 for each violation.
10 ‘‘(c) CAUSING A MINOR TO ATTEND AN ANIMAL
11 FIGHTING VENTURE.—Whoever violates subsection
12 (a)(2)(B) of section 26 of the Animal Welfare Act (7
13 U.S.C. 2156) shall be fined under this title, imprisoned
14 for not more than 3 years, or both, for each violation.’’.

WE THE PEOPLE ARE ASKING TO HAVE ANYONE WHO APPLIES FOR A TAG TO USE DOGS ON THIS SAID "ACTIVITY" TO HAVE THE NAME RELEASED SO WE CAN HAVE THEM DOCUMENTED AND ANYONE INVOLVED WITH THE TEAM INCLUDED IN THE CHARGES BROUGHT AGAINST THEM.
Governor Walker, Needs to be involved and added in this Lawsuit and charges filed directly upon him and the DNR for not allowing this Cruel Act to be stopped at once. The DNR under this administration needs to be held accountable for once. Please look into these matters of serious animal abuse
