The women and men  in this video need to be fired anyone that swears and man handles a dog like they did with the catch pole need to fired!!!, your shelter needs to look closer at this video. the lady that witnessed it was banned from the shelter now from rescueing for speaking up for the abuse of the dog. this was cruelty to a dog !!!fire them now!!!!She was told to mind her own businesss . this is no way to run a shelter.
