There are wayyyyyy to many animals being abused in our country...from here on out there needs to be a national website that breeders, store owners and anyone who needs to give there pet away that they can check to see before anyone purchases or adopts an animal that they can check this national website to look for animal abusers!! Once your convicted of animal abuse or neglect your picture and info. go onto this national website so you can NEVER EVER be able to have animal/pet again!!! Maybe if this national website goes up we can save some lives of poor animals who deserve to be with loving/ caring people. THERE IS NO REASON IN THIS WORLD TO ABUSE/NEGLECT AN ANIMAL...IF YOU CAN'T CARE FOR IT THEN DON'T BOTHER GETTING AN ANIMAL!!! IT'S AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!
